Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam Hotel, Amsterdam

My stay at the hotel was mixed with some highlights like the nice and clean rooms but also some drawbacks such as the high price for a small room. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, making for a memorable experience, while the location was ideal for exploring the city. The dining offered a great spread of delicious options, although the price was on the higher side.

While the service was warm and friendly, and the room featured many luxurious amenities, the overall room experience fell short of expectations for the high price. The location, on the other hand, was unbeatable for exploring the heart of Amsterdam.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely with either a canal or garden view, although a bit small. They were very comfortable and clean, which was lovely. The service was outstanding, with great and personal attention, though there were a few incidents that raised suspicions. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to various attractions in the city. The dining experience was enjoyable with a canal view. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were luxurious and although very clean. The service from everyone, including the staff at the restaurants, the wonderful Flying Dutchman Bar with the fabulous bartender Dennis, and our fantastic butler on the 3rd floor, overlooking the courtyard, was exceptional. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, with easy access to all major tourist sites. The dining experience was top-notch, with a wide selection to choose from, making it a highlight of my stay.

The hotel offers a peaceful stay in the heart of Amsterdam with spacious, well-equipped rooms and excellent service. However, the dining options could be more varied.
